At KOVA, we want you to know what you are buying and feel confident in your choice. We aim to be clear about materials, origins, measurements and the details that make each piece individual.
Authenticity & materials
Where a material or origin is an important part of a piece, we tell you what we know about it and describe it accurately.
Our Larimar jewellery uses genuine Dominican Larimar, and because Larimar is a natural stone, colour, pattern and markings can vary from one piece to another.
The piece you see
For our individual jewellery pieces, we photograph the actual piece available for purchase.
Natural stones are not digitally altered to make them appear different from what they are. Small variations in colour and appearance can also occur between photographs and different screens.
Lifestyle images
Some lifestyle photographs are digitally staged to illustrate how an artwork or object may look in a home.
These images are intended as visual inspiration. The product itself is not digitally altered. Product photographs show the actual item being offered.
Measurements & details
We provide measurements, materials and other relevant details wherever possible so you can make an informed choice before ordering.
If something isn’t clear from a listing, we’d rather you ask than make an assumption.
Thoughtful gifting
Some KOVA pieces are chosen with gifting in mind.
For our Baby collection, we look for gifts that feel considered, useful or simply lovely to give, without suggesting that every piece needs to carry the same story or origin.
Packaging
We want the experience of receiving a KOVA piece to feel thoughtful without unnecessary excess.
Packaging will vary according to the type and size of the item, while keeping presentation practical, attractive and appropriate for gifting.
Availability
Many KOVA pieces are available in very limited quantities, particularly individual jewellery and objects that are not mass-produced.
When an item is sold, it may not be possible to replace it with an identical piece.
